These terms govern your use of the TECHKS website and services. By engaging TECHKS you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
TECHKS provides marketing, product engineering, AI and automation services. The scope of any engagement is defined in a written statement of work.
Pricing
Pricing shown in reports and proposals is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after scope validation and commercial approval.
Refunds
Consultation fees are refundable within 7 days if the consultation has not taken place. Delivered work is non-refundable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHKS's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
